Simple like button plugin

I’m looking for plugin which allows me to pre-generate list of like/rating buttons(short codes) and then put it in anywhere in my post. Let’s say it will look like:

[like id=”1″]

then I can put it just inside my post where I need. I found many plugins for like button but these buttons attached to pages, posts, comments etc but not just a short code which can be embedded inside post.
