Simple gallery with fade and a lot of customisation options?

I want to find a simple gallery plugin which I can define the following parameters of:

Order of images.
Width and height.
Duration of slides.
Ability to remove titles and descriptions.

It also needs to have a simple crossfade. Preferably just arrows to navigate, no numbers.
