Simple Fields Website Transfer

I’m transferring my website http://www.altimed.co.uk to a new host. Simple Fields is not outputting to the front-end. See development site at http://altimed.systalium.eu

Everything appears setup correctly in WP. I’ve triple checked all settings but the frontend pages are blank. Is there problems with moving Simple Fields?
