Simple Facebook Connect Blows up AcademicPress Footnote numbering

    After activating and configuring Simple Facebook Connect, I discovered that the sequential footnote numbering was broken. The total number of citations was being returned for all entries. Deactivated SFBC, and the footnotes returned to their expected elegance. see here for a view of the desired result. I’ve left SFBC off until I solve this. Might have to replace the plugin with one that plays nice with others.
