 * Works blazing fast after the recent update.
 * Works like breeze, I had more than 5000 junk Images for which developer was asking
   USD 150, with this plugin I easily managed to do the job only for USD 19.00, 
   Amazing, simple and fast. Go for pro version which will save lot of time and 
   works more efficiently. Also cleans up the unused images from /Uploads folder
   in system files. It is must have plugin for any wordpress site.

 * I already deleted all images from the plugin dashboard but I still images count
   same as before in media library. Why it has not reduced ?

 * Have you deleted from the filesystem? What kind of scan did you do? One media
   entry is equal to a minimum or 4-5 files, and usually, depending on your theme
   and settings, it’s more like 8-9. Deleting those unused files wouldn’t change
   the number of Media entries. You should check the space you had before and the
   space you have now 🙂
