Simple & effective, but needs improvements

I really like the simplicity of this plugin. However, I found a few bugs that prevent me from using the widget (widget title and text are saved but after saving, the fields are filled with undefined vars).

If you could host this plugin on GitHub then I’d really love to send you a pull request (or ten) 🙂
