    I’m updating my rating to 1 star. This plugin was easy to set up and worked for a while (more than a year). Then I noticed FB counts being off. Then I noticed Twitter, LI, and G+ counts went away and reset to zero. Support is slow to respond (3+ days). Most recently, for the past month, FB has been zero. I emailed support and heard back *days* later. They told me to export my settings, delete the plugin, install a new plugin that allegedly had the FB bug fixed, then import my settings. Now the plugin just won’t work. Period. I’ve emailed support, and if I’m lucky, I will hear back in a few days. I’ve spent more time trying to fix this plugin in the last year than I have enjoying how well and seamlessly it worked in past years. I’m sorry to see it go downhill.

    I installed this plugin based on a few recommendations on my theme support site. It was easy to set up and use. I had an issue (that has since been resolved in the latest release), so I emailed David. He responded promptly and my issue was resolved. I highly recommend this plugin.
