# Simple Comment Formatting

 * Hi,
 * I would like to have a very plain format for comments on my site. What do I need
   to edit so that I can:
 * a) specifify the background color behind all comments
    b) specify the text color
   of all comments, usernames, dates of posting, etc.
 * Is this done in the CSS or PHP?
