    Hey,

i want to use Simple Banner on my page, and it is working fine on almost every device. But not at the ones, my customer uses: The Banner is not shown on his

iMac OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.2
    and even not on his
    Mac OSX Version 10.7.5

He tried it with Chrome and Safari.

Any suggestions? If it would work, i am willing to buy the pro version.

    Thank you.

I am not sure why it is not working on your customer’s computer. My guess would be that he has some browser settings that disable JavaScript. Otherwise it should be working. I am able to see the banner in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and I am using macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6

Yeah so unfortunately, there’s not much I can do here. This is the first time i’ve seen this issue so I wouldn’t be able to debug it without actually being on your customers computer. The plugin uses some more modern Javascript but nothing that hasn’t been supported for multiple releases of each browser (except for Internet Explorer of course). If you’re able to see it and I’m able to see it, the logical conclusion would be that his device has specific settings that disallow the banner from working properly. The only advice I would have would be for your customer to check and make sure his browsers are up to date, try opening the page in Private or Incognito mode, and as a last ditch effort possibly uninstall and reinstall the browsers.
