# Simple Backup

 * Simple Backup does not allow me to set up the connection with my FTP program.
   I can download manually if I go through Dreamweaver, but I can’t get it to recognize
   the user name of my website, no matter how I try. Simple Backup’s support said
   it would only work if I was using a computer that wasn’t the server. Since I 
   only have one computer and a laptop, that just doesn’t make sense. Seems there
   should be an easy way to do this. The Backup is working, it’s only the FTP function
   that is not working. Would you suggest using a different backup program?
