Simple and good-looking notifications

    Allows several layout, appearance, and visibility options with ability to have link and/or button in notification bar. Configuration is simple with straightforward admin panel. This is really all you need for a notification bar.

    From the developers of Foo Gallery, another plugin I highly recommend.
