 * While this works for those still using Windows, it doesn’t work well on a Macintosh
   as it doesn’t include the Command-A key, which is Select All on a Mac.
 * Since most of my readers are Macintosh-based it doesn’t work for me like I would
   like for it to work.
 * It would have been a nicety to see the developers include those key stroke that
   are relevant for the Mac.
