Simple and easy to use. Drop your image into the wp-content folder with the right name and it just shows up on the login screen. Can’t be easier.

Only possible improvement is to integrate an uploader into the admin screens, but given that you usually don’t change that logo ever again, then that would likely be adding needless complication. If you know how to put files on your site already, then this is fast and easy.
