The plugin works with all common browsers, including Firefox and IE. We have tried it on several sites without any problem (e.g. on our own site: webshoplofic.com)
So the problem occurred only on your site. Unfortunately we have not got enough information to reproduce it.
If anyone else has the same problem, who can give us more information, please let us know.
