Silvia theme change mobile post layout

    Hi. I’m using Silvia theme on WordPress 4.4.2. I’m wondering how to change the layout on mobile for the Posts page. It currently puts the Previous Post and Next Post links between the Post Title and the content, but I would like to move it between the content and the footer. Is there a way to edit the mobile template pages?
