SILENCE – NO SUPPORT – RIPOFF

No confirmation of support requests – often responses are days later and much after. I can’t afford to hold up projects for days hoping I’m going to get a response from ANY plugin developer.
I realize people have lives and weekends, but this is the 21st century. There is such a thing as an automated reply. Simple, basic communications with your customers will go a long way toward making them willing to tolerate these delays.
