 * Hello,
 * Please check url:-https://cajp.org/membership/membership/
 * There are two issues:-
 * 1. “Card Start Date or Issue Number” seems to be a required field, as it has
   a “*” next to its label. But our credit cards don’t have those fields. Maybe
   they have them in the country where the plug-in developer works … but it should
   not be a required field.
    2. Since there was nothing to enter for that field,
   the user filled in everything else and went ahead and pushed Submit. The system
   did not say that that field needs to be filled in, or anything like that. Instead
   it gave the following message: “Invalid form configuration. Missing “level” attribute.
   Membership level. Must be numeric 1-5 or an asterisk”
 * Please let me know how to solve this issue .
 * Regards

 * I get a 403 response from the server, not even cajp.org will load.

   that
 * That’s odd, the form would have warned him normally. Maybe something is messing
   with the form’s JavaScript. You can try testing for a plugin/theme conflict…

 * Let me know when you have the form back online so I can take a look at it. Thanks!
