    Hi,

We have a signup form on our Woocommerce site, with the Klaviyo plugin installed. The signup form shows everywhere but the checkout page.

When inspecting the Checkout page code I cqn see that no HTML is created, and compared to other pages, only 3 JS files are being called instead of 6 on other pages. Is this because it’s conflicting with the Klaviyo’s “sign up to the newsletter” checkbox?

There’s also no error to be seen in the console.

    Thanks

    Hi @elisagilis

Klaviyo’s plugin intentionally omits klaviyo.js (the code responsible for rendering Klaviyo’s built-in signup forms) from the checkout page. While we do not recommend adding a signup form to your checkout page you can use the Klaviyo: Legacy Email Signup widget which is independent of the klaviyo.js code. Our best recommendation is to utilize the consent checkbox to subscribe a profile to your newsletter list during checkout.

    Best,
    Klaviyo
