    Thanks for giving SnapID a shot. It’s a bummer you got that error. Let me send this to our engineering team and we will resolve this asap.

    Meanwhile, can you please open a ticket and send your phone number on our support website?

    Thanks very much for being one of the first to install SnapID. I’m sorry that you had difficulty with it and hope that we’ve resolved it now.

    I checked out your site, by the way. A friend’s daughter just graduated UC Chico and has told me about the active music scene there. It looks like a great spot for photos, too.

    Let me know if there are any more problem with SnapID. We tested it extensively in-house but it’s never the same as getting a real user’s opinion.
