Sign ups from site not added to distribution after Salesforce package upgrade

    Hello there.

    We recently found out that all our web sign ups are not being added into our core distribution list. We now have to manually tick all the web signs ups which is not sustainable. We have upgraded our Salesforce package and would like for the leads to be automatically added into our list.

    Kindly assist us in solving this issue please?

    I think you’re mistaken if you think that has anything to do with this plugin. This plugin writes new leads to Salesforce. It doesn’t do anything else (as it can’t due to limitations with the Salesforce web to lead API).

    Sorry, but I can’t help you. Good luck getting that figured out on the Salesforce end (where I suspect the real issue is).

    If the issue is a missing Campaign ID, that’s something you can fix yourself. Start with the very helpful FAQ provided with the plugin.

    Hi Nick,

    Thank you so much for your response. I’ll have a look at Salesforce again and see where the issue is.
