Initial problem: Only admin could add people to our rota. Anyone else clicking to sign up just refreshed the page.

Solution: Copy row and delete the original worked for a bit but now the copies have the same initial problem.

Second problem: After ‘copy row’ done again the sign up sheet has disappeared in the front end and a message displayed saying, “Sign-up sheet not found.“. All of the data remains in the back end.

I’ve tried flushing the cache and adding new rows but it refuses to display in the front end. Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Update: the form is displaying once more (no idea why), but no-one other than a signed in admin able to use it.

Sorry for the delay replying on this forum. I have been discussing this with you directly more recently in a private ticket and I provided some information from debugging on your site (since I was unable to reproduce within only the Sign-up Sheets plugin on my end) that the issue appears related to a setting outside of the plugin that is causing a redirect that removes all query strings (query strings are required for the Sign-up Sheets plugin to operate). Hopefully the suggestions I sent over help you track it down. 🤞

Since based on my testing this doesn’t appear to be caused by the Sign-up Sheets plugin specifically I’m going to mark this thread as resolved, but please followup on that private ticket with any further details if you find out differently. Thanks!
