Sign Up Button Not Showing

    Hello

    I embedded the [wp_support_plus] into a static page and the Sign In page showed up. However, there’s not Sing Up page on display as shown here, so no one can sign in.

    How could you possibly let your visitors sign in to your support ticket page?
    Someone please help me.

    I’m getting grips with this plugin, but still cannot work out how you can register your customers when there’s no sign up button. Do you have to register your customers by getting their detail by email and entering their details on the Admin screen?

    Hi there,
    In version series 9x you can choose to Integrate or have Stand-Alone interface for your support page. If you use Stand alone interface then your will get Sign-up option on support page.
    Sign-up option is not available for theme integrated support page view. We are going to implement it in future version of support plus. In theme integrated view if you want to give register option then you can create a option in footer and give link to register page. To allow registration go to Dashboard > Settings > General > Membership and check option.
