    Hi,

I installed this plugin yesterday, am running it in a sidebar with a shortcode and style set on default. The ‘Sign now’ button is styled like a link, it even has the <a> attribute, yet I can not click it.

Checking with another developer, we have no reason to suspect that this link invokes javascript, which we think it should, given the js files in the plugin. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

I already tried installing the plugin on an older WP version, same issue.

Widget version is working, but the styling is not my cup of tea really.

I can not share a link, the website content is under embargo.

    edit:

found something out, if I put a shortcode in the main page window, the sidebar version inherits the CSS style of the main one and then functions. However, if I leave a form field blank, the error messages pop up in the main one.

    Some more:

Just stumbled upon this, where is said that because of a footer issue the javascript is not being pulled:

I have to say, I am running two custom footer files in a child theme for the Suffusion theme. I commented out a bit of code, so I restored that, yet the plugin still doesn’t fetch the javascript. Not that this would’ve made a lot of sense…the plugin doesn’t install code to my child theme files.

I do think that there might be a discrepancy between what the plugin requires from the footer and my actual footer code. Can anyone explain me what I could add to the plugin code to get it functioning?
