Sider problem, no customize.

I purchased the graphic theme Appointment PRO. Installed the same problem and free the free version.
From which section can I edit the slides on the home page and customize them by inserting links to the related pages?
Because despite having updated to the PRO version the menu in Appearance => Customize => Cursor Settings => Cursor settings in the window is not changed at all, I do not find the additional features to customize the slider.
