    Hey Stuart,
    It looks like you’re actively working on your site so I couldn’t see the issue you mentioned. I would suggest grabbing the most recent development version of Car Demon from;
    https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/car-demon.zip

    You have two options for theme intergration:
    1. The easiest method is to go to Dashboard->Appearance->Car Display Options and select the Content Replacement feature. Then go to Dashboard->Cars For Sale->Car Demon settings and turn off the option to use included theme files.
    This will force Car Demon to use your themes template files instead of the included templates. You’ll need to use some of the Widgets to add pagination.

    2. The other method is to create your own template files. Inside the Car Demon PlugIn folder you’ll find a folder called theme-files. Inside that you can see:
    archive-cars_for_sale.php
    single-cars_for_sale.php
    and search.php

    You can then use your themes archive.php and single.php to create your own Car Demon template files, which you’ll put inside your theme folder. Use the templates in the Car Demon PlugIn as a guide. Using this method you can create any kind of visual style you want and matching the look of the link you provided won’t be an issue.

    As for your price issue, my guess is that you need to go to Dashboard->Cars For Sale->Contact settings and turn on prices for your location.

    If you have any other problems just create a new thread.

    Hope this helps,
    -j

    I almost forgot, you asked about changing the permalink. We have a commercial PlugIn for that, which you can find at;
    http://cardemons.com/product/car-demons-not-cars/

    It let’s you change ‘cars-for-sale’ to ‘anything-for-sale’ and changes all references to Cars to Anything. It was designed to allowed people who sell boats, rvs, bikes, etc to use Car Demon.

    So if you wanted it to say ‘vehicles-for-sale’ you just need the add on.
