# Sidebar Width

 * I have seen a previous (closed) topic for this and tried the suggestions in there
   but none of them helped.
 * I’m trying to make my left sidebar narrower. Although I can easily make the inner
   area containing the menus smaller (say 300px), but the surrounding light grey
   container remains at 340px.
 * Does anyone know how I can correct this please?
