# Sidebar Widget Doesn’t Work

 * Hi!
 * I have 2.2 – in my control panel I went to Sidebar Arragement and choose what
   I wanted to put in my sidebar, clicked Updated then got the message “Sidebar 
   updated. View site »”. What happened is that in my blog keeps showing the default
   sidebar – that is, without any changes.
 * I have read the Help page in here [http://automattic.com/code/widgets/themes/](http://automattic.com/code/widgets/themes/)
 * But I really don’t understand what to do so I can fix my problem. Could someone
   help me?!?
