Sidebar widget disappear on some pages

Used 3 total cache Version 0.9.2.11 & Amazon cloudfront (pull) for weeks. No problem until today after updated a few pages. CTC Tag Cloud Sidebar Widget disappeared on some pages. It reappeared if de-activated W3TC.
Purge all cache in plugin but problem still exists.
You can see the widget wz title as “Discover” on home page:

I used the same sidebar for all pages, so it should appear as usual on other pages like dream/play etc….but it did not…
