Sidebar shifted to the bottom

I know this question has been asked often but I have just started using WordPress and this is my first site. Anyway, my sidebar has moved to the bottom of my homepage (other pages are fine). I know I need to change my code somehow but I have no idea what needs to be changed exactly and how to change it. I’ve spent hours now researching and trying to fix it but have had no luck. I did notice though that the problem started when I made my first post and around the same time I installed an update to the Magazine Basic theme. Maybe it’s linked to one of those. I’ve also ran the validator.w3.org and fixed a couple of errors but still have the problem. My website is http://www.patroltrailcam.com. Thanks!
