I love the Highwind theme, but I’ve had an issue with it for the past few days. I’m setting up a blog for work, and I added the widgets I wanted to the sidebar. It appeared on the right side of every page, as it should, until this morning. I’ve searched other threads on the forum and the best suggestion I could find was to check the “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” box under Settings -> Writing. I did that, edited every post (there are only 3), and the sidebar is still showing up at the bottom.
Have you validated for mark-up errors?
That’s often caused by open or extra tags.

I checked the mark-up errors, got two warnings:
Line 7, Column 184: Duplicate ID all-css-0.

Also worth noting that I’m fairly new to the design aspect of WordPress. I’ve tried every possible thing with the formatting of text in each post. I’ve even deleted all the posts and started new ones, still having the same problem.

I’m having this same problem. It seems to only happen on square computer monitors. Again, I’m a newbie to the html world. 🙂

BTW, the sidebar falling down in small screen monitor is not a problem, it is a standard feature of themes that have responsive layout.
