Sidebar loading below content 50% of the time

  • I noticed yesterday that when I click through my blog pages and posts half the time the page loads properly and half the time the content will load full width and the sidebar will appear at the bottom of the page. I am fairly new to WordPress and to PHP. I tried rearranging the order of the page elements in the template, but that broke the page. Does anyone know what could be causing this bug?

I am using a heavily customized child theme of Thematic. There are no plugins on the affected pages. I have only tested in Firefox and Safari, and could not reproduce the problem in Safari.

    Any suggestions would be welcome!
