Sidebar links slid to bottom of page,whole design screwy

I think it was caused by a post, but I’m using Connections template, and suddenly all the boxes on the right (categories, email signup etc..) are now at the bottom of the page below the last post. And, the white block that was underneath text has disappeared making text hard to read. Prior pages look fine, just the current one is screwy. Ideas?
