I noticed that the width of the sidebar on the front page is different from other pages.

Also, I created a template by copying page.php to search.php, I then created an new page entry and based it on this template, and when I view it, the sidebar is only about 5% wide, and all the widget titles are displayed with each letter of the title above the following, ie not side by side.

I am using the Neve child theme btw….

I reset both the Neve parent and child themes, and made sure I did not have any css under Customize > Additional CSS.

And i made sure I do not have any css in style.css that would cause this…..

  • Hi,

Please share a bit more details, like your site URL, some screenshots of what’s happening, and let me know if you are experiencing the same issues while using just Neve, not the child theme.

Hi, I was evaluating Neve for a project (including considering paid theme) and because I had the issues and did not get timely support, I selected another theme and committed to that for this project.

I hope you understand that with projects, one cannot wait for 2 weeks+ to resolve an issue. Time is of the utmost importance and a project cannot be delayed by days or weeks, preferably not even hours.

To address your questions, I would have to reinstall Neve, try to reproduce the issues, etc I can’t do that because it would further delay the project.

    Hi,

I’m posting the message here as well.
Sure, I totally understand that. Thanks for coming back to me with an answer, I appreciate it.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to help before.
Hope everything works well with your project and the theme you’ve selected.

    Regards,
    Rodica
