 * I have a .gif that I want to add to my sidebar which will link to a related website.
   How can I add an image that will also be a link to the sidebar?

 * Try using the Text Widget in Admin/Appearance/Widgets and using something like:
 * `<a href="http://domain.com"><img src="path_to/image.jpg" width="xx" height="
   yy" alt="Site name" /></a>`
