Support » Theme: Bam » Sidebar elements shown as H2, H3

  • Hi there,

I created a new blog a few days ago using your theme. I’ve used your theme (Bam) formerly, and thank you, I am loving it. However, I’ve realized that there is a problem with headings and I couldn’t find a solution. When I checked my headings (h1, h2, h3) through a heading tag checker tool, I saw that all my sidebar elements (recent posts, trending posts, etc.) are perceived as H2 or H3 by the system, which will be a problem for me in terms of SEO. Sorry if I couldn’t state the problem clearly. You can understand better through the screenshot below.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the source of the problem on my own. I would be glad if you can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance

    Hi @rdvneknc,

I am sorry but are you sure about the tool you checked? All the sidebar widget titles are h4. They are not h2 or h3. You can use the browser inspector tools to check it.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. After your answer, considering the tool that I used doesn’t work well, I tried a few other tools, including 2 browser versions. However, still, they all show the sidebar widget titles as h3 (you can find the screenshots below). I would be very glad if you can check it and inform me. Thanks in advance!
