    Hi!

I am trying to add a custom sidebar to my page but nothing shows. I also get this error on the debug.log file:
    blog/wp-content/plugins/custom-sidebars/inc/class-custom-sidebars-cloning.php on line 205

    Thanks!

  • Hello @nadia123344

    I trust you’re doing well!

I’m sorry to hear that you have this issue.

I’m afraid what you’ve shared has not enough information for us to troubleshoot. There is no error shown, just a path to the plugin’s file.

Please run a test for a conflict on your site to check if there is a conflict with another plugin. Make sure to have a full backup of your site before running this test

    – Deactivate all plugins, besides the Custom Sidebar and check if the issue is still there.
    – If the Sidebar is not shown, switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue still there
    – If all is well, start enabling one plugin at the time, until the issue will be back again. This way you will find if there is a conflict with another plugin or a theme.

Please also make sure that the default theme sidebar can be replaced. Make sure the option “Allow this sidebar to be replaced” is ticked. Please see this screenshot:

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
