# Sidebar display

 * Hi, is there a way to add the recipe card to a sidebar in wordpress? We would
   like to have a top recipe sidebar widget or to display it in the sidebar 🙂

 * We didn’t intend for Recipe Card to be used that way, so I’m not sure how it 
   would turn out.
 * After you create a recipe in a post, you can switch to the text view and copy
   the shortcode that was created. You can then try pasting that shortcode into 
   your sidebar. No guarantees that it will work, but you can give it a try 🙂
 * Let us know how it turns out.
