Sidebar disappears at comments page

    Hi there,
    this is my first WP installation and I almost achieved to tweak the “Natural Remedy Theme” to fit the layout of my homepage. In fact on the main site it looks just like I want. But when you click on an entry and the page opens the sidebar disappears from the right side and drops to bottom of the page. This happens in every mayor browser except Safari which handles it right.
    I did a validation of the CSS which is all right and a validation of the Markup which returns without errors for the main page but with 4 errors for the other pages. Here is the link for the Markup validation.
    Somebody can help?
