sidebar disappeared

    I once had a sidebar thanks to this plugin. And it was great, and I liked it. But one day, it disappeared and it is now part of the premium options. So I have no sidebar anymore.

    Hello,

    Can you please raise a support topic for this rather than leave a review?

    There’s no way what you are describing can have happened unless you installed the premium / trial plugin so we’d like to investigate this.

    Oh, well, OK, I’ll do that. I don’t think I’ve ever installed the premium or trial version of the plugin. (I once had to deactivate all plugins and reactivate them due to an issue I never fully understood—maybe related to ACF, maybe to a new WordPress version—and it took me a while to recover all my theme settings, which I still haven’t fully restored.) I can still see the sidebar widget area, but not the actual sidebar. Anyway, I’ll follow your advice and contact the support directly. Thanks for your response.
