• When I select a two column layout, the sidebar is right of the content. However, when I change to a three column layout, the sidebar suddenly goes to the left of the content and in its previous spot the secondary sidebar appears.

I find that very confusing, because the content of the main sidebar is the same for every page, but if one page has a different layout, it suddenly jumps from right to left. Is this intentional or can I work around that?

Basically, the main sidebar should always be right of the content area, no matter which layout I select.

  • Hi @ulim,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that it may sound confusing, but this is functionality and a way that the Primer theme is constructed.
If you select the Three Column layout, the sidebar #primary will move to the far left and the column #tertiary will move to the far right. It is how the theme works 🙂
