I’ve been searching around and I know that this is a common issue, but some posts on my page are causing the sidebar to be pushed to the bottom. http://theaugur.org/page/2

I learned that it’s good to use http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://theaugur.org/page/2 to check for errors on your page, but those seem to be errors in the html. How do I figure out what to change in the actual css or php in order to fix the html?

If those errors aren’t the issue, what else can I try to do to fix this problem?

It gets pushed down because something in a post is too large like a photo or video.

WordPress code produces html. You need to read the html and figure out where it is coming from, like header.php or footer.php or one of your posts, or text plugins. It is like solving a mystery – you will get better as you go.

What things should I look at/for to figure out where it is coming from?

It was a few of the posts. I had to copy-paste them in plain text, then copy-paste them back in. Weird.

I think that there are a couple of missing closing divs after the article entitles Expectations. That article is the only one that doesn’t have a continue reading link. Try adding the more tag and I bet you the sidebar will go back to where it’s meant to go.
