Sidebar and header sponsor ads

    I am working on an Atahualpa theme for http://www.NewRecipesForLife

    All recipes are on pages, not posts, and I want to facilitate displaying Google sponsor ads in the side bars and header.

    I know Google will determine which of their advertisers to place. I need to know how to configure the side bars and a portion of the header to enable an advertising banner.

    How can I do this, please?
