Sidebar ads under the content instead of the right hand side

I used primary widget area to insert ads and other information to my word press blog. It seemed that the sizes of some ads were big so I checked the box which said Automatically Add Paragraphs. So some were placed at the bottom (under the posts). I have unchecked this box but all the ads are still dropping to the bottom instead of the right hand side.

I want to be able to choose where each add appears. How can I fix this problem? You can visit the site at http://bookerzmedia.com and check the right bar and the bottom bar.
