 * Hi tuhinbiswas98, you can do it by changing theme options, for the home page:
 * * Customize >> Customize Layout >> Home >> Right Column/Left Column;
    * Customize
   >> Customize Sidebars >> Home >> check mark for the First column or Second column;
 * For the post’s page:
 * * Customize >> Customize Layout >> Default >> Right Column/Left Column (right
   column by default);
    * Customize >> Customize Sidebars >> Default >> check mark
   for the First column or Second column (checked by default);
