# Sidebar

 * I am trying to change the color of the sidebar on my site [http://shadesshutters.com/](http://shadesshutters.com/).
   I read the article [http://codex.wordpress.org/Finding_Your_CSS_Styles](http://codex.wordpress.org/Finding_Your_CSS_Styles)
   and “thought” I found the sidebar section but I didn’t see a style to change 
   the background color of the sidebar.

 * I think I understand what you are are talking about. Have you changed the default
   theme in any way (css-wise?)

 * If you are using the Default – every background is an image.

 * I am using “WordPress Default”. I made some small changes but nothing to the 
   CSS.
 * I think I see where the sidebar image is in the image folder, I’ll play around
   with it.
 * BTW – is my site still down? It’s working for me…
