# side navigation missing

 * I just upgraded from 2.5 to 2.7 and at first the side navigation was there. However
   I went to my pluggin to check on things and at the top of the page was a yellow
   banner telling me I need to “clean up” the upgrade I just did.
 * After I clicked on it and it said “clean up complete” the navigation disappeared.
 * The site itself is fine it is just that the navigation is missing.
 * Can anyone help me with this?

 * thanks, my host took care of it. The Lighter Menu pluggin was causing the problem,
   it happened before I could deactivate it, but my host was able to.
