# SIde menu

 * I’m trying to to move my main side bar to the left of the primary content which
   has worked fine but when I scroll it moves with me, I need it to stay still to
   browse through different things, the main site page is intended to get longer

 * The sidebar effect seems to be part of your theme’s design. You can confirm that
   by temporarily switching to [Storefront Theme](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/)
   to see if that resolves the issue.
 * If it does resolve the issue, then refer to the support docs of your current 
   theme in case there is a setting that controls that behavior, or reach out to
   your theme’s developers for a solution.

 * So i switched over to the theme to see and when I published it there was no bar
   at all -_- shouldn’t be this hard to work out why it won’t stay still when scrolling
