Side cart not opening on add to cart

Hi

The side cart is not opening up when I add to cart even though that is the setting I have selected. Is there something else I need to do to enable please?

Hi,

I checked on your site, the sidebar cart is being opened normally when adding product to the cart. Please check again.

Hi, I have the same problem, in our site for example here https://www.mariacandidagentile.com/en/collection/eau-de-parfum-en/barry-lyndon/ the cart is not opening automatically…

Hi @angelolazzari

I got it working when I enabled the AJAX add to cart under the Add to Cart button tab. Hope this helps you too

Thanks!! I added the AJAX but the menu is still not showing…

well, setting AJAX add to cart, on PC is animating the product image to the cart, but is not openinng the cart… on mobile, no animation and if I click the cart icon it will drive me to the standard woocommerce cart page, not the all in one cart cart on the right of the page… don’t know if I explained ok

Hi,

Please make sure you have the “open cart” after adding to cart selected, go to Customize of this plugin setting > Sidebar cart > Cart effect after adding to cart to check: (https://ibb.co/dQYydKq)
