 * The side bar has a title follow and more. I wish to change them to some other
   text. How do I do that ?

 * You would either use the language file in /languages/en_US.po preferably with
   a child theme. (Read how to use .po files [here](http://www.appthemes.com/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-theme/))
 * Or, you would edit sidebar.php and sidebar-2.php directly with a child theme 
   and replace the texts there.
