# Side Bar PROBLEMS

 * i have recently upgraded my WP from 2.04 to 2.2. i have 2 problems…
 * 1. The side bar is all the way down the bottom of my page under the content. 
   But my sidebar works on anyother page apart form the home page!.
 * 2. i get this database error :
 * >  WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the
   > manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to
   > use near ” at line 1]
   >  SELECT cat_id, cat_name FROM

    is your sidebar using wp_list_cats()? this function has been deprecated
